Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 25, 2026

M33 builds Fabric, a geospatial workflow accelerator. This policy explains what information we collect through this website (m33.space), why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep data collection deliberately minimal.

Who we are

This website is operated by M33 ("M33," "we," "us"). If you have any questions about this policy or your data, contact us at [email protected].

What we collect

We collect only what we need to operate the site and respond to you:

  • Information you give us. When you request an invite or contact us, we collect your name, email address, any message you send, and — only if you check the optional box — your consent to receive occasional product updates.
  • Anonymous usage analytics. If you accept analytics in our consent banner, we collect privacy-friendly, aggregated usage data (such as pages viewed and approximate region) to understand how the site is used and improve it. This is gated by your consent and is off until you opt in.
  • Basic technical logs. Like most websites, our hosting and security infrastructure processes standard request data (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver pages, prevent abuse, and keep the site secure.

What we do not do

  • We do not use advertising trackers or third-party advertising pixels on this site.
  • We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
  • We do not add you to a marketing mailing list without your explicit, opt-in consent.

How we use your information

  • To respond to invite requests and contact messages, and to notify you about your invite status.
  • To send occasional product updates — only if you opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time.
  • To understand and improve how the site performs, using consent-gated analytics.
  • To keep the site secure and prevent abuse.

Legal bases

Where the GDPR or similar laws apply, we rely on: your consent (analytics and optional update emails), our legitimate interests (responding to your enquiry, securing the site), and, where relevant, steps taken at your request before entering into a relationship (processing your invite request).

Service providers

We use a small set of trusted providers who process data on our behalf, under contract, only as needed to deliver this service:

  • Cloudflare — website hosting, delivery, and the secure endpoint that receives invite and contact form submissions.
  • PostHog — privacy-friendly product analytics, only after you opt in.
  • Resend — delivery of invite-status and update emails.
  • Clerk — account sign-in, if you are invited into Fabric Studio (a separate, access-controlled application).

Cookies and similar technologies

We use a single preference cookie to remember your analytics consent choice across our sites. If you accept analytics, our analytics provider sets cookies to measure usage in aggregate. We do not use cookies for advertising. You can change your choice at any time, and you can clear cookies through your browser settings.

Data retention

We keep invite and contact information for as long as needed to respond to you and operate the early-access program, and then delete or anonymize it when it is no longer needed. Analytics data is retained in aggregate. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

International transfers

We and our providers may process information in countries other than your own, including the United States. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for these transfers.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. Residents of the EU/UK (GDPR) and California (CCPA/CPRA), among others, have these or similar rights. To exercise any of them, email [email protected] and we will respond within the time required by applicable law.

Children

This site is intended for professionals and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product and our practices evolve. When we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
