These terms govern your use of the M33 website at m33.space and the Fabric early-access invite program. By using this site or requesting an invite, you agree to them. Use of the Fabric Studio application itself is governed by a separate agreement provided when you are invited.
The website
This site is an informational and marketing site for Fabric, M33's geospatial workflow accelerator. We may change, suspend, or remove any part of it at any time. The content is provided for general information and may be updated as the product evolves.
Early-access invites
Fabric is in invite-only early access. Requesting an invite does not guarantee access. We onboard in limited cohorts at our discretion and may decline or delay any request. Any access we grant is a revocable, limited invitation, not a contract for ongoing service, and may be withdrawn at any time.
Beta software
Fabric is provided free of charge during early access and is pre-release software under active development. It is a testing environment, not a production-grade service. It may contain errors, change without notice, experience interruptions, or produce incomplete or inaccurate results. Do not rely on it for production, business-critical, or safety-critical work, and keep your own copies of any data you bring to it. Features, availability, and any future pricing may change at any time.
Acceptable use
When using this site, you agree not to:
- submit false information or another person's details without authorization;
- attempt to disrupt, overload, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the site or its infrastructure;
- scrape, copy, or reuse the content in a way that infringes our rights or applicable law;
- use the site for any unlawful purpose.

The M33 and Fabric names, logos, content, and design are owned by M33 and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to view this site for its intended purpose. No other rights are granted.
